Yeh Rista Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update 27th August 2025, In today’s episode you will see that the police take Abhira to the police station and start questioning her. Abhira says that she did not murder Anshuman. When the police ask why she did not marry Anshuman, Abhira says that Anshuman himself had cancelled the marriage.
Abhira requests the police to let her go because her seven year old daughter is at home. She says that if Mayra comes to know that her mother is in jail, she will be very sad. Abhira tries to escape from the police station by force but the police catch her and put her in jail. Even inside the jail, Abhira requests the police to let her go home.
Armaan stays with Mayra. Mayra is sleeping on her bed. When she wakes up she looks for Abhira but Abhira is not on the bed. She sees Armaan standing in front of her. Armaan lies to Mayra that Abhira has gone abroad by flight and will return soon after finishing her meeting. But Mayra knows that Armaan is lying. She decides that she herself will find out the truth.
Vidya tells Gitanjali that she does not accept Gitanjali and Armaan’s marriage because Gitanjali forced Armaan into marriage. Gitanjali says that no matter how the marriage happened, now she is Armaan’s wife. Vidya says that Armaan had gone to confess his feelings to Abhira but on the way Gitanjali must have trapped him, that is why Armaan married her.
Vidya and Gitanjali argue with each other. Just then Kaveri says that no matter how Armaan and Gitanjali got married, now the real concern is Mayra and Abhira.
The police tell Abhira that she can search for her lawyer and only then she can go home. Abhira says that she herself is a lawyer and she wants to fight her own case. The police give her a form so that she can become her own lawyer. Abhira fills the form but then she remembers Anshuman’s name and throws the form into the dustbin.
Just then Armaan enters. He tells the police that he will fight Abhira’s case and claims that by tomorrow his client Abhira will be free from jail. Armaan takes Abhira’s signature on a form. He tells the police that he wants to talk to Abhira alone.
Armaan and Abhira stay in the lockup. Abhira asks Armaan about Mayra. Armaan says that Mayra is perfectly fine. Then Armaan asks Abhira what exactly happened that day. He says only if she tells him everything from the beginning, he will be able to defend her. At first Abhira refuses but then she tells him that Anshuman had cancelled the marriage because he came to know that Abhira still loves Armaan.
Hearing this, Armaan gets shocked. He feels regret. Abhira tells Armaan the whole truth. Armaan feels sad and starts leaving but before going he tells Abhira to eat food. He promises that very soon he will get her out of jail.
