Yeh Rista Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update 1st September 2025, In this episode you will see that Armaan reaches the court but he is quite late. Armaan asks for forgiveness from the court for being late. He starts his argument and tells the judge that all the charges against Abhira are baseless and he will prove this with evidence and witnesses.
Armaan first calls the marriage registrar and asks him whether Anshuman refused for marriage or Abhira. The registrar says that Abhira was very happy and she had even put the garland first but Anshuman refused to marry. Anshuman had said that he wanted to talk to Abhira. Abhira told him that after marriage he can talk as much as he wants but Anshuman insisted that he wanted to talk before marriage. Then both of them went outside.
Armaan tells the judge that it is clear from this that the marriage was cancelled by Anshuman. Armaan also shows a CCTV video of the court in which after the marriage was cancelled Abhira is happily hugging Anshuman. Armaan says that it clearly proves that after the cancellation there was no fight between Abhira and Anshuman so there was no reason for Abhira to murder Anshuman.
Armaan then calls the ice cream seller. The seller says that on that day Abhira was crying and burning something in a big box when a man came there, consoled her and took her away.
After this Armaan calls the waiter of the coffee shop who had served coffee to Anshuman. Armaan forces him by saying that the waiter had mixed something in Anshuman’s coffee and because of that Anshuman died. Then the waiter tells that the coffee is made by someone else, its design is done by another person, then it is handed over to the waiter from inside, and then the waiter serves it to the customer. In this way before reaching the customer the coffee passes through three or four people. So how can it be proved that the waiter only had mixed something in the coffee.
Armaan tells the judge that in the same way when the coffee passes through many people how can it be proved that only Abhira had mixed something in it.
Tanya’s lawyer calls the marriage registrar from the FIR and asks him if he noticed anything different on the wedding day. The registrar replies yes, on that day Abhira and Anshuman had come to get married but Abhira had forgotten her documents in the car. When Abhira was writing the name on the form she wrote Armaan’s name. Hearing this Armaan gets shocked.
Tanya’s lawyer then shows the CCTV video of the coffee shop in which Abhira is seen putting sugar in Anshuman’s coffee. The lawyer says that in that shop the sugar packets are of a different colour but the packet Abhira used was different. It was different so that among many sugar packets the poisonous sugar could be recognised and Abhira had put that poisonous sugar in Anshuman’s coffee which he drank and died. Hearing this Abhira gets shocked.
The judge announces his decision that Abhira will be punished with life imprisonment. Police take Abhira to jail. Abhira requests Armaan many times to save her. Everyone leaves the court. Armaan sits there and starts crying.
